There may be a few possible causes for this:
1. The Firm address or Billing Address for the client is outside of your country.
2. Confirm with LawPay that your account is setup to accept payments from credit cards such as Amex or Discover.
3. If neither of the above are the issue, contact LawPay Support in case their Account Settings need to be adjusted.
- Go to Settings
- Click Account and Payment Info
- Update your firm address
- Click "Save information" at the bottom of the page
