Issue:

• When you generate a bill in Clio with the Tax details applied, it does not reflect that detailed information within Xero
• Taxes aren't syncing on the invoice in Xero
• Xero isn't reflecting taxes
• VAT isn't reflected in Xero
• VAT not syncing to Xero

Resolution:

1. Open Xero
2. Open Chart of Accounts from the Accounting dropdown
3. Click the checkbox next to any accounts you need to update tax information on
4. Click the Change Tax Rate button at the top of the list
5. Select the desired Tax rate from the dropdown
6. Click Save

Doing this will update the recorded Tax/VAT rate within the selected accounts to match with your Clio records
