Can I Add a Second Email for General Clio Account Notifications?

Note that this relates to system emails sent by Clio and not for Reminder emails for Tasks and Calendar Events. For instructions on how to add emails for those Reminders, see here.

Answer:

No - your login email will be the one to receive any notifications you have set up in Clio.

You can, however, set up email forwarding with your email service provider to arrange for Clio emails to forward to another email address.
