Clio Payment Made from EU to US Not Processing

Objective:

  • "Payment Failed to Process. Something Went went wrong" (old error message)
  • "Payment Failed to Process. You are not in a supported region" (updated error message)
  • Unable to make Clio Payment from EU
  • Error when making a payment from EU to Us Law Firm

Environment:

  • Clio Manage

Additional Information:

Answer:

The country the Client is in does not have an authorized VPN. You will need to contact LawPay, give them the Law Office's name, and the Client is got the error. They will be able to authorize it Immediately.
