- Login to Clio Manage instead of Clio Connect
- Change from my Clio Connect Account to my Clio Manage Account

- Within Clio Connect, click on the Icon with your Initials/Picture on the top right-hand side.
- Select your Clio Manage Account under Switch Accounts
