Cannot See a Link For a Document Shared by My Attorney in an Email

It may be a temporary issue that would requires your Attorney to share the document multiple times.

Try the following:

  1. Open the email on your mobile device.  If the link shows up there, it may be an issue with the browser on the computer or the computer itself
  2. If the link does not show after multiple attempts of the attorney to share the document with you, please contact Clio Support
