Why is my Newly Opened Matter not Showing in the Global Search Bar?

Objective:

  • I changed the status of a matter from Closed to Open. When I enter the name in the Global Search it returns only the Contact and does not list the Matter?

Environment:

  • Clio Manage

Additional Information:

Answer:

Once re-opened, the Matter Status may take a few minutes to reindex before it is available in the Global Search Bar.
