- When an Administrator of a firm enables Strong Passwords (see here), each user in the account will be prompted to enter a valid, strong password after they log into Clio for the first time after the Strong Passwords setting was changed.
- In the new password selection it is currently not possible to trigger a password reset, or to log out of Clio.
- Clear your cookies (see here)
- Open an Incognito window (or another browser), and trigger a password reset (see here)
