My Client Uploaded Documents via Clio Connect However They Are Not Showing in Clio

Issue:

  • My client uploaded Documents however I cannot see them in Clio. 
  • I Cannot See a Document Shared by a Clio Connect User/Client.
  • Document is not appearing in the Clio Connect shared folder.

Environment:

  • Clio Manage

Additional Information:

n/a

Cause:

  • The document was uploaded outside of the shared folder.
  • The document was not successfully uploaded by the Clio Connect client. To confirm if a Clio Connect user has successfully uploaded a document, click here.

Resolution:

The Document was likely shared outside of the Matter and/or Shared Folder and will appear in the Documents subtab within the Contact in Clio Manage.
The Documents can be moved into the Matter Folder by following the instructions here.
