- MailDrop To and From names showing incorrectly
- Why are the To and From fields showing the wrong name under Email Communications?

There are a couple of possible causes for this:
1. A MailDrop Alias' with the associated email address was created with the incorrect name
2. A Clio Connect user is associated to the email address. As a result, Clio uses the name of the Clio Connect user, rather than the name of the Contact.
Steps for #1
- Go to Settings
- Click on Profile
- Click on Mail Drop Email Aliases, found on the top of the page
- Ensure that User's and Email Addresses are populated with the correct information
Steps for #2
- Login to the Clio Connect account associated to the email
- Click the gear icon on the top right
- Change the name
- Click Update Information
