Why is my Clio Connect Invite Displaying a Different Email From Mine?


  • Clio Connect invite is showing another email and I can't change it.
  • When I click on the link to create Clio Connect account, it defaults to a different email that I can't change.

The firm sent the Clio Connect invite to the Contact and then changed the Contact's email, which in turn changed the email in the invite. The Firm will have to change the Contacts email back again.
