Why Can't I View Recent Communications?

Objective:

  • Missing communications
  • Unable to view communications
  • Communications date filter
  • Email and phone logs disappeared

Environment:

  • Clio Manage

Additional Information:

Procedure:

A recent update was made so that you're now able to filter your Communications by date using the date selector to the right of the "All / Phone / Email" filters. This date filter defaults to showing you today's communications only - to see prior communications, you can set the starting date as far back as you need.
