Only the Activity Category on time entries will transfer over to the description field in Quickbooks’ invoices. The description after an Activity Category name on a bill or in a time entry will not come through. They will only go through when there is no Activity Category being used. Line items with no Activity Descriptions will be entirely blank.
- Do not use an Activity Category
- Rename your Activity Category to reflect what you would like to see in Quickbooks Desktop
