Why Doesn't the Customer's Bill Email Contain the Payment Link?
- I shared a Bill with my client but the email doesn't have a link to pay the Bill.
- Client cannot pay via email
- Client not receiving pay via email link
- The Bill hasn't been Approved yet. It is still in the Draft or Awaiting Payment stage.
- You do not have Clio Payments enabled.
- You do not have your Trust or Operating account connected between Clio and LawPay.
