Why Doesn't the Customer's Bill Email Contain the Payment Link?

Objective:

  • I shared a Bill with my client but the email doesn't have a link to pay the Bill.
  • Client cannot pay via email
  • Client not receiving pay via email link

Environment:

  • Clio Manage

Additional Information:

  • n/a

Answer:

  1. The Bill hasn't been Approved yet. It is still in the Draft or Awaiting Payment stage.
  2. You do not have Clio Payments enabled.
  3. You do not have your Trust or Operating account connected between Clio and LawPay.
