- You saw the message "The following calendar(s) that is shared with you is no longer able to sync. To fix this please contact the calendar owner to fix the issue in their sync settings: (Calendar Name/Owner Name)”.

- The calendar owner will also see a banner on their calendar telling them to take action: “Clio can’t connect with the calendar [calendar name]. This might happen if the calendar no longer exists or if access was revoked.”
This message means that 1 or more of the calendars shared with a user with EDIT permission are experiencing an issue resulting in them not syncing. The banner lists the calendar name and corresponding calendar owner.
Reach out to the calendar owner and ask them to fix the issue in the sync settings for the affected calendar following the steps in this help article.
