The Clio Payment I Posted on a Bill Isn't Showing Up in QuickBooks

Objective:

  • Clio Payment not showing in QuickBooks
  • Credit card payment I applied to an invoice isn't showing in QuickBooks
  • Credit card payment did not sync to QuickBooks

Environment:

  • Clio Manage

Additional Information:

Answer:

The Clio Payment has not been Authorized yet.  If the payment shows as Completed in Clio, but still does not appear in Quickbooks Online: My QuickBooks Sync Failed to Process a Payment.
