Procedure:
1. Check your email for the Invitation from notifications@clio.com. The subject line will show the name of the sender, for example: "You've been invited to Clio by John Doe".
2. Click the Activate Account button in blue.
3. Fill out the form, then click the blue Sign Up button. 
4. You're now logged in and ready to get started in Clio.
