"Something Went Wrong" Error When Applying Trust In Bulk

Issue:

  • While applying trust in bulk I get an error message
  • "Something went wrong"

Environment:

  • Clio Manage

Additional Information:

Cause:

There is one client with multiple bills but not enough trust funds to cover the amount being billed.

Resolution:

Apply trust to that client separately and the rest of the bills should be able to have their trust funds applied in bulk.
