Why Did My Bulk User Import Fail?

Objective:

  • Bulk user import failed
  • The email address was not valid
  • A required field was missing
  • Subscription type doesn’t match Attorney or Non-Attorney
  • The email address may already be associated with another active user

Environment:

  • Clio Manage

Additional Information:

  • Common reasons an import may fail are:
    • The email address was not valid
    • A required field was missing
    • Subscription type doesn’t match Attorney or Non-Attorney
    • The email address may already be associated with another active user

Answer:

If any users failed to import, you will be prompted to download a CSV report that will contain all failed attempts and information on how to fix the import issue before re-uploading.
