Error: "Sorry, We Couldn't Find the Page You're Looking For" When the Client Clicks the "Pay Online Now" Button From Emailed Invoice

Issue:

  • "Sorry, we couldn't find the page you're looking for" when the 

Environment:

  • Clio Manage

Additional Information:

  • n/a

Cause:

  • The URL being passed to the browser is invalid or incomplete. Some email programs will not always open links correctly.

Resolution

  1. Right click the Pay online now button in the email
  2. Select Copy Link Address or similar option
  3. Paste into the browser URL/address bar
