Why Am I Logged Out of Grow Each Time I Generate a Document From a Template For Signing?

  • There may be several reasons as to why this is occurring:
      1. Please ensure that you are only logged into 1 Clio Grow account in your Browser. This issue may arise if two accounts are logged into simultaneously through a browser's "profiles" feature
      2. This issue can be caused by other document signing browser extensions.


  1. Ensure that you are only logged into 1 session of Grow at any one time.
  2. Check for any extensions that may be causing this issue. You may want to turn off all extensions to see if this still occurs to determine if it is caused by a browser extension.
