How do I Update an Employee Contact's Primary Email Address?
- Change an employee Contact primary email address
- Can I update an employee's primary email address?
- Where can the primary email address for a company's staff member be updated?
- This feature will only be visible on Company Type Contacts.
- Navigate to the Contact you would like to update
- Go to the associated company Contact
- When looking at the company Contact's dashboard, find the Employees section
- Click on the employee's name that you wish to edit
- Select Edit Contact in the top right corner
- Scroll down to the Email section, and click Add email address
- Select the Primary check box to the right of the email you would like to list as their primary email address
- Click Save Contact in the bottom right corner
