How to Set Up the Zoom Integration With Clio

Objective: 

  • Zoom integration set up

Environment: 

  • Clio Manage

Additional Information:

  • To learn more about the Zoom integration, see this help article.
  • Each user that wishes to use the integration must activate it in their accounts.

Procedure:

Here are the steps to activate the Zoom integration:

  1. Navigate to Settings
  2. Click on Contact and Calendar Sync under Settings in Clio.
  3. Click on Sign in to Zoom

  4. A popup will appear prompting you to read and agree to Zoom’s terms of serviceTerms_and_agreements.png
  5. Click Sign in to Zoom and follow the prompts to enter your Zoom credentials and complete the sign-in process
  6. You will be redirected back to the Settings page in Clio once login is complete
