How do I Join a Zoom Meeting Created through Clio?

  • Join Zoom meetings from calendar events in Clio

Procedure:

The workflow to join the Zoom meeting varies depending on whether you are a Clio user or not.

Clio users can do so from within Clio - via the “Join Zoom meeting” on the calendar event summary, the “Join Zoom meeting” on the calendar event edit modal or even simply from the email notification.

  1. Navigate to your Calendar and click on the event
  2. Click Join Zoom meeting

Non-Clio users (clients) can join the Zoom meeting from the email notification, or by signing into Clio Connect, where the calendar event will include the Zoom details.
