The workflow to join the Zoom meeting varies depending on whether you are a Clio user or not.
Clio users can do so from within Clio - via the “Join Zoom meeting” on the calendar event summary, the “Join Zoom meeting” on the calendar event edit modal or even simply from the email notification.
- Navigate to your Calendar and click on the event
- Click Join Zoom meeting
Non-Clio users (clients) can join the Zoom meeting from the email notification, or by signing into Clio Connect, where the calendar event will include the Zoom details.
