Why Am I Only Able to Pick the Ad Hoc Appointment Type When I Create a New Appointment from the Workflow in Clio Grow ?

  • Why do I only see Ad hoc Appointment Types when trying to Schedule a Meeting in Clio Grow?

Answer:

At this time, the initial release of Scheduler + Clio Payments only supports the workflow of public booking links for new Contacts. 

As a workaround, you can still collect consultation fees through Clio Manage via the Clio Payments: Secure Payment Link
