Why Don’t I Have Access to the Zoom Integration?

Issue:

  • I Cannot Connect my Zoom account to Clio Manage.
  • I do not see an option in my settings to connect Zoom to Clio Manage.

Cause/Resolution:

  • Subscribers of the Clio Manage Starter plan will not have access to the Zoom integration as it is  available with the Boutique and Elite plans only. If you are a subscriber of the Clio Manage Starter plan and wish to have access to the Zoom integration you can upgrade to the Boutique or Elite plan in the app. If you’re interested in seeing how this feature can work for your law firm feel free to contact us by email or give us a call at 1-888-858-2546 (option #1) for North America or +44-800-433-2546 for EU.

  •  Users with the old Clio Manage calendar will not have access to the Zoom integration. Note that if you are using the Outlook Desktop sync with Clio Manage, you are using the old Clio Manage calendar.
