Can the Office 365 Calendar Sync Go One-Way?

Objective:

Sync Calendar Events from Clio to Google
Sync Calendar Events from Google to Clio
Can I change the sync when deleting emails in Outlook to not delete in Clio too?

Answer:

No, currently our integration with Microsoft Office 365 Calendars only allows for a bi-directional sync (both ways).
