Why Are My Activities Not Showing up When Using a Date Range Filter When Generating a Bill?


  • When generating a Bill using a date range, some of the Activities are not being included 
  • Activities within a specific date range are not showing up when generating a Bill

The timezone for the Account is used by the New Bills Filter. If the timezone does not match the Account it may cause issues with the Activities not being reflected when generating a Bill.


Please ensure that the activities are linked to matters.
