Why Can't I Enter The Credit Card Number When I Record a Payment?

Additional Information:

  • For security reasons, the Credit Card number field and the CCV field in the Record Payment page are fields hosted by LawPay directly. This can result in certain network security/firewall/anti-virus software blocking the entering of Credit Card information.


This can be caused by your Network Security Settings/Firewall/or Anti-Virus Software. Please loosen your security settings or try on a different network.
