Can I Re-schedule a Paid Appointment on Behalf of a Client Made in Clio Grow?

  • Can the Firm Re-schedule a Paid Appointment Type in Clio Grow?

Additional Information:

Just like free appointments, prospective Clients can reschedule or cancel their scheduled paid appointment by clicking on the respective buttons in the confirmation email they receive after booking the appointment. Rescheduling will not affect the payment received from the initial booking and the prospect will not be required to re-enter their payment information when rescheduling.

Alternatively, the Firm would be able to cancel the original appointment and re-schedule a new appointment using a non-paid appointment type. Cancelling a paid appointment will not automatically process a refund. You will have to manually process a refund from the Clio Payments tab in Clio Manage the same way you do for all other payments received via Clio Payments.
