How do I Add a Google Drive Image to my Bills?

Objective:

  • Add a signature from a file in Google Drive to your Clio Bill Theme

Environment:

  • Clio Manage
  • Google Drive

Additional Information:

  • Do not delete the Google Document that contains the desired image, or the image will no longer be displayed on bills.

Answer:

  1. Save the image to a new Google Document
  2. Right click on the image in the document and select Copy
  3. Access Clio
  4. Go to Settings
  5. Select Billing
  6. Choose Bill Themes
  7. Click on the theme that you would like to add the image to
  8. Select Footer > Footer
  9. In the text field for either Payable Statement or Invoice Memo, press ctrl+v to paste the image
  10. Click Save
