Why are EML Files in Documents Showing the Author as Administrator or Primary Subscriber?

  • Outlook Add-in 

Answer:

Emails filed via the Outlook/Gmail add-in will result in the EML file in documents to reflect the administrator/primary subscriber of the Clio account. This was done by design. If you would like to request that the Author of the EML file from the filed email reflect the user in which had filed the email, please let our Support team know. The Support team can be reached by Phone (1-888-858-2546 ext. 2) or by the Live Chat option available in Clio.
