- When sending out E-signature Documents in Clio Manage, the attorney's name appears uncapitalized on the client's email side.

1. Check that your Clio Manage Account Profile Name is Correct
2. Check that your Email Server Profile Name is Correct
3. If both steps 1 and 2 are correct, sign into https://app.hellosign.com/account/logIn?from_logout=1
(Put in the email you use for Clio Manage, click Forgot Password, create a new password, and create your profile to include your capitalized name and save.)
