Why is my Email Document for Signing Showing my Name Uncapitalized from the Client's Perspective?


  • When sending out E-signature Documents in Clio Manage, the attorney's name appears uncapitalized on the client's email side.

Resolution :

1. Check that your Clio Manage Account Profile Name is Correct

2. Check that your Email Server Profile Name is Correct

3. If both steps 1 and 2 are correct, sign into  

(Put in the email you use for Clio Manage, click Forgot Password, create a new password, and create your profile to include your capitalized name and save.)
