Why Are Some Entries Not Appearing When I'm Generating An Invoice With a Date Range Filter?


  • Unbilled entries do not appear on the Billing page when filtering with a date range
  • Unbilled entries do not populate on a bill
  • Missing entries when creating an invoice using date range filter

Time Zones may be different between the User who had created the entry and the User creating the invoice.


Ensure the Time Zones are correct for each user. If they are correct, then the discrepancy may cause some activity entries to not fall within the date range selected.

Adjust the date range by one additional day and generate the draft invoice. Remove any unwanted line items from the draft invoice.


Edit the activity entry to be one day prior. Then generate the invoice as normal.
