Firm User Not Receiving Invite To Calendar Events in Clio

Issue:

  • Why am I not receiving an invite to Events in Clio?
  • Not receiving invite to an Event created in Clio even though I was added as an attendee
  • Not receiving notification for Event
  • Attendee not receiving invite for Event created in Clio

Environment:

  • Clio Manage

Additional Information:

  • n/a

Cause:

  • The User who is creating the Event in Clio may be adding the attendee as a Contact rather than a Firm User in Clio. 

Resolution:

Edit the Event and select the User listed under "Firm Users", as shown in the example below.
