Answer:
Currently, it is not possible to edit the timekeeper of the activity within a Paid bill. If you would like to request this feature, please let our Support team know. The Support team can be reached by phone (1-888-858-2546 ext. 2) or by the Live Chat option available in Clio. In the meantime, a workaround is to void delete the payments (if possible), void the bill. Edit the activity and change the timekeeper before re-generating the bill and re-applying payments on to it.
