Answer:
The Error: "Lex custom has already been taken" appears when there is an abundance of information on the Contact Card, for example under the notes section. Too much information will give an issue when attempting to Export to Clio Manage. If said information is removed temporarily for the Export, it can then be re-applied once in Clio Manage.
