Answer:

  1. To reactivate your Academic Account, we require written confirmation from the primary subscriber. Please note that if we do reactivate your account, you will be prompted to pay for your Clio subscription.
  2. If however you are still a student and still require an academic account, please contact caap@clio.com for updated instructions.
