- Is it Possible to Select a Different Firm Name When Sending a Bill?

Currently, it is not possible to add a secondary entity/firm name to Clio thus being able to select which entity/firm the bill is being sent from, If you would like to request for this feature, please let our Support team know. The Support team can be reached by phone (1-888-858-2546 ext. 2) or by the Live Chat option available in Clio.
As a workaround, The firm name can be changed in under settings in the account and payment information section. This will reflect on the bill that is in draft or unpaid. Once the bill has been sent, you'll need to remember to have the firm name changed back to what it was originally.
