Why Can't Another User See My Shared Calendar?


  • I shared my Clio Calendar with another user and they cannot see it


  • Clio Manage

Additional Information:


  1. The Calendar share settings must be set to Viewer or Editor for that person/group to see it.
  2. If they are, then the other users may need to log out of their Clio account and then log back in to see the shared Clio Calendar.
  3. Please ensure that the group that the calendar is shared with includes all the correct users by going to Settings>Groups, Permissions, and Job Titles, then click on the name of the group
  4. If they still cannot see it, please contact our Support Team.
