Activity Entries Are Unusually Slow


  • Entering Time or Expense Activities takes a very long time

  1. This slowness may be caused by a browser extension that you may have installed. Try to open an Incognito or Private Browsing Window, login to Clio via this new window and enter an Activity to see if the slowness persists.
  2. Clear your web browser cache
  3. If after testing in an Incognito/Private Browsing window you find that the problem still occurs, Please reach out to the Clio Support Team either by phone (1-888-858-2546 ext 2) or by using the Live Chat option available in Clio should you have any additional questions.
