Why Is My Partial Payment Showing Up Twice in Quickbooks Online?

Answer :

The Payment was deleted and reapplied in Clio which caused duplicate Payments in Quickbooks. The original payment may not have been deleted from the bill in Quickbooks Online due to an error.

Check the Quickbooks Online sync errors in Clio and look for errors with Code 6540.
