This is often a graphical glitch caused by an update to our documents page. Your browser might be trying to access a cached version of Clio which is locally saved on your computer. Since there was an update to our documents page this is causing an issue since the cached version on your browser is no longer accessing the latest version of the documents page.
In most cases clearing your browser cache resolves this problem. Please make sure to close out of your browser completely after performing a cache clear. More information on clearing your browser cache can be found here.
