Why do all Document Templates not Appear When Generating a Document from a Template?

Answer:

Currently, the list is showing only a limited number of results when using the drop-down menu to select from the list of document templates. To request for the ability to display all results, please let our Support team know. The Support team can be reached by phone (1-888-858-2546 ext. 2) or by the Live Chat option available in Clio.

The current workaround for this is to search/insert the name of the document template you would like to use and have it selected from the list.
