Cannot See New Appointment Type Blue Button Under Appointment Types in Grow

Issue:

  • I don't see the blue New appointment type button in Grow settings

Environment:

  • Clio Grow

Additional Information:

Cause:

Your Grow calendar is not synced with the Clio Manage calendar.

Resolution:

  1. Click the Calendar Sync settings page link on the Appointment Types page (under the message 'Configure your Calendar Sync settings to enable the Clio Scheduler')
  2. Click Clio Manage calendar under Calendar Sync
  3. Choose a Clio Manage calendar to sync your Grow calendar with
