Xero Sync has Become Disconnected

Issue:

  • A recent issue experienced by Xero may have resulted in your Xero sync becoming disconnected. Please review your Bill Syncing settings and reconnect with Xero, if necessary.

Resolution:

Clio has recently become aware of an issue that affected Xero on the morning of August 26th, 2020. this issue resulted in some Xero Users having their connections to other apps (like Clio) disconnected.

We've recently posted a message in-app for any accounts we suspect might have been affected by this issue, asking Users to review their syncing settings.

If your sync between Clio - Xero has been disconnected in error, please reconnect the sync by following these steps: Setting up your Xero Integration
