Answer:
You are not able to send automated email reminders for e-signatures within Clio at this time.
Note: HelloSign sends an automatic reminder to anyone who hasn't signed after 3 days, and another reminder after 7 days. You can disable auto-reminders on your HelloSign settings page in the Notifications section.
Creating a HelloSign account can be done by using your Clio login email and then following HelloSign’s “forgot password” instructions.
