Cannot See Account and Payment Info and Custom Fields Options in Settings


  • Your training video says to go to Account and Payment Info and Custom Fields in Settings, but I don't see those options


  • Clio Manage
  • Clio Grow

Additional Information:


You must have Admin permissions to see those parts of Clio. 

Please have an Admin give you those permissions with the steps linked in the Additional Information above.
