Why are Emails Sent from Clio Grow Showing as Sent from a Previous User?

Objective:

  • Send Clio Grow emails from the current user

Answer:

This occurs in Clio Grow when a new user takes over a previous user's account by changing the login email. In order to resolve this issue, simply un-sync and re-sync the email address in Clio Grow. (Please see the 'Additional Information' section above for the steps to do so.)
