White Screen When Accessing Documents With Google Drive


  • Unable to view Documents in Clio
  • Nothing appearing under Documents subtab of a matter


  • Clio Manage
  • Google Drive

Additional Information:

  • When reconnecting Google, use the same Google account for both Documents and Contacts/Calendars.
  • If the steps below do not resolve the issue, open an incognito window (or a different browser) and re-attempt the steps below. 


  • This can occur a user has Google Drive synced with one Google account, and Google Contacts/Calendar synced with a different Google account.


  1. Unlink Google Drive (see here)
  2. Disconnect Google Contacts and Calendar (see here
  3. Re-connect Google Contacts and Calendar (see here)
  4. Set up Google Drive (see here)
