- When reconnecting Google, use the same Google account for both Documents and Contacts/Calendars.
- If the steps below do not resolve the issue, open an incognito window (or a different browser) and re-attempt the steps below.
- This can occur a user has Google Drive synced with one Google account, and Google Contacts/Calendar synced with a different Google account.
- Unlink Google Drive (see here)
- Disconnect Google Contacts and Calendar (see here)
- Re-connect Google Contacts and Calendar (see here)
- Set up Google Drive (see here)
